Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe entered this six-table family rush, obviously the only ones from the city guests. We were formally greeted and given our menus. Beginning with aperitifs of tasty homemade Vin de Noix (Walnuss) and Vin de Peche (Pfirsich) earned us nods of approval from the other... tables. The ultra-fresh, hearty food just came and everything we had was excellent. You won't go home hungry. In addition, it is an amazing value. The experience reminded me that I had eaten in the house of my grandmother (agricultural woman). The owner told us all to tell her. In the end, this was one of our warmest and most welcoming experiences we had in France and one we will never forget! Merci encore Mme. Borde et famille!
A friend who lives locally took me here to enjoy a local meal. I felt like I was in on a secret. I didn't want anything fancy, just good French food, and La Borie Blanche hit it out of the park. The setting is beautiful...and off the beaten path, it's like going to your French Grandmother's house for dinner. Everything from start to finish was perfect, and all for only 50€ for 2. I'm still dreaming of the duck fat fried potatoes!
A lovely courtyard under the shade of ancient trees, this restaurant is farm eating at its best... and the jovial farmer ensures that all the ingredients are local and of the highest quality.
Went to visit Domme and found this restaurant showing as No 1 in the Domme area. Although it was a short distance outside of the main town, gave it a try, 4 of us. It was no surprise that it rates as No 1, all...was extremely good, an excellent value too. Will be going back when around that way again, for sure.
We had a wonderful evening and totally concur with the previous comments. This is rustic yet classy food. The service, laughter and setting is off the page. The beef steak was their own meat. The coffee amazing flavour and service.
