Terrible experience. Employee charged me extra for a modification I get mind you over a dozen times now at this exact same location. When asked for explanation she was incredibly rude. Also, she skimped out on the meat. I don’t get it, it’s not coming out of the workers paycheck ? I brought a friend over as proof too. I want to be contacted by the store manager.
There is this one skinny guy that is behind the counter at this particular branch that makes me wanna spend my money at this particular Jersey Mike's more than any other! This guy is always smiling. Always friendly. Always wishing to talk or to wish you a good day. He is his branch. If it wasn't for him, I don't think I would even care to visit this location!!!! Sometimes it's the food that makes a place and sometimes, in the rare occasion it is a person that works there. This is the case of it being the person!!!!! I hope he gets paid the way he should be based on his awesome customer service!!!!!!
We tried Jersey Mike's in Rockaway, NJ for the first time today, and sadly, we were pretty let down. We got two sandwiches, both on white bread, but one of them had bread that was hard and stale. To make matters worse, that sandwich was missing the cappacuolo meat, so all my wife ended up with was a stale bread ham sandwich. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Jersey Mike's to anyone.
I went to this location today because I knew that today they were donating all of their profits to the Valerie Fund. I was really disappointed to see that there was nothing advertising this at all. When I got to the cashier they rang me up and never even asked if I wanted to donate. After realizing they had my order wrong and they were correcting it, I noticed the corner of a sign on the counter covered by about 15 bags. When I went to move them to see what it said. I then asked if I could donate and they rung me up again with the donation. My son was treated at the Valerie Center for two years and it’s a really important place for our family. Again, I was very disappointed in how this location handled the Annual Day of Giving. If you want to see how it’s done right, go to the Sparta location!
