Very enjoyed this bakery! With my family. My father is vegan and gluten-free and they had many options. He has a fruit bowl. My husband and I have the Pesto breakfast sandwich, Croissant was so great! My mother got the oats, which was healthy and very good after my mother. Had a funny hipster chill vibe.
The food is homemade, so do not expect FAST service, as this is delicious homemade food NOT FAST FOOD. Trust me, it's worth waiting! You have GF bread: A variety of amazing soups and sandwiches plus candy. When you pass through this is a great place to eat for a bite and enjoy the outside.
TLDR Above-average food, painterly interior, the job experience needs work The baked food is well done. The sandwiches and salads start with great ingredients and have as complex taste profiles as you can come from a midday sandwich. I also liked the fresh iced tea, and I am picky over iced tea. They reached their goal of creating quirky and relaxing atmosphere. They came there, but it seemed more semi-dangerous than intentional. Nevertheless, the architect can hardly break a large menu for a decorative artificial palace. The quality of food is an essential part of customer experience, but there is more. With minimal time and investment, the place could create a river that complements the atmosphere and the menu. An organised ordering and display process would be helpful. Improved signage should be placed. From the parking lot to the exit you have to decode a barrage of handwriting characters that are easy to miss. Personally, it is also annoying to read signage (as always polite) make excuses for a lack of investment in the entire customer experience. It would also be nice to hear a little music that complicated the mood.
Absolutely perfect! As the first timer we didn't know what to expect, but this place was fantastic at all levels. I had Turkey in Thyme Sandwich (solved) and loved it. We made pancakes and carrot cakes. You have to try this place in Dripping Springs.
