I've been an artist for some time, but they didn't deliver my order last time and when I called (after waiting for over 1h they just said come and get it.) so I didn't get the dinner I had paid for. they have lost a loyal customer here and will make sure no one knows from here. their customer service is terrible and clear, they only treat the good comments, so I can't wait until this comment is ignored, just like my feedback and my calls:

A order on q kitchen website and money was taken immediately from my account. the restaurant when I did not receive the order confirmation only to say that they were rejected order as they were too busy! When I told them they took the payment, they said I would be refunded within 24 hours! a regular customer who will not be ordered again in any case

Salt chillie chicken balls I've ever had, cut them into half and it dries the huh completely, they are overcooked. I have them a few times and sad every time they disappoint me, chicken curry is nice, 3 euro delivery fee is much too much, the curry chips in qs is amazing tho 5 stars for the curry chips. only the salt chili chicken balls are very bad.

This place has gone rapidly downhill. Used to be quite good and usually got the orders correct. Last time, they left out a rice and the 3in1 had hardly any sauce. They also promised a red Curry with NO fish sauce…. It arrived smelling fishy and when I rang them, they confirmed that there was fish sauce in it! Tonight, it was a whole new ballgame. Firstly, the order took well over an hour to arrive. We asked for brocolli and carrots in the kids noodles x2. We got carrot and lettuce (not Asian greens). One of the dishes had no sauce and when I rang to tell them, “Sophia” told me that it was a “dry sauce” this was a lengthy time consuming chat. She told me she would not help in any way and wasn’t bothered that she was losing a long standing, local customer. In fact, she said “you’ll be back, you like this food”. We will not be back and neither will any of our family who all place large orders with Qs “creative” regularly.
