Scran Fitness Food - Dundee

There is nothing else like it in Dundee. The food is freshly prepared, excellent quality, and deliciously healthy. The chef is knowledgeable and the service is quick, so you don't have to wait long. They also offer a meal prep service that I use for my work lunches.

The food is tasty, well-packaged, and reasonably priced. The only downside is the customer service - no one answers the phone or emails. I requested a refund but received no response, however, my order arrived after a week (which is not an unreasonable wait time, I just wish I had been informed).

I ordered a meal with 2,100 calories from this restaurant. Initially, I was supposed to receive the meal on Tuesday, but when I inquired about it, they mentioned that they did not have fresh fish for my order. The following day (Wednesday), the meal still did not arrive. By Thursday and Friday, there was still no sign of my order. It turns out that my meal was mistakenly delivered to a different location in Dundee. When I finally received it on Wednesday, I discovered that it only contained 1,600 calories instead of the promised 2,100. I do not recommend this company as they took my money, kept me waiting for a week, and did not deliver what was agreed upon.

Shocking customer service! impossible to contact, do not respond to emails, pm, dm, chat on their website or answer the phone. each time when meal times arrive, they are different portion sizes and do not fit the macros on the label. I'll wait for my refund after two weeks. it is a scandal because eating is amazing, but the total service is terrible!

I placed an order and paid 34.95 , when i didn't get conformation by text or email, i then decided to phone them several times now but they never answer the phone will be taking this further, looking at the reviews I'm not alone disgraceful
