Our food was served promptly at first, but as the restaurant got busier, we had to wait longer. The staff asked about allergies and dislikes to ensure we wouldn't be served anything we couldn't eat, and they also offered us the vegetarian option. However, we felt cramped in our corner table as the restaurant filled up, making it difficult to get up to use the restroom without disturbing other diners. Despite this, the food was delicious and we enjoyed the new experience.
The food at this restaurant is amazing and the staff are very pleasant. Although we didn't get the best table, everything else was perfect. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality food. We used an Itson voucher, so it was even more affordable.
We used a Christmas voucher for a 6-course tasting menu at the restaurant tonight. The food was fantastic, starting with a hot salmon starter, followed by pork belly, scallops, haggis with tatties and Grouse breast, a cheese course, and ending with a delicious hazelnut creme brulee. Overall, the meal was excellent.
Went by car from Perth, plenty of parking in the street and round the corner. Got a space right in front. 6 course taster menu. We had a voucher so we each dropped a different dessert so we could try them all. Given bread and a crab paste to eat while our food was prepared. We ordered drinks of tayberry purée and rose lemonade. Enjoyed it so much had another. The food was varied and well presented, enjoyed them all, even the pheasant with snails. Favourite was the pollock on squash soup. Very comfortable evening. Couldn’t eat any more.
Food was amazing as always. Service fantastic, lovely, helpful and attentive. Greatly entertained by couple next to us...
