Jimmy John's - Durango

Called at 6:35 to for a takeout order. Posting this at 6:45 after calling a second time and being told they not taking orders. Savannah told me they close at 7. I was going to order anyway because it doesn't take 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. Halfway through my order phone call disconnects. I understand wanting to close on time but i don't think 2 sandwiches would have changed that. You took a job, you know what you signed up for. Terrible customer service, will spread the word

The lady who was there was so nice that I would go back just for her. She’s so friendly, helpful, patient, and accommodating. Food was good enough, but she was the highlight.

Freshness on the cold cuts is hit or miss (especially roast beef and turkey) and the employees making the sandwiches always looked pissed off. This place is hit or miss

Delivery driver took my order to the wrong place, I called and the person I spoke to was very nice and remade my order for him to redeliver. When he dropped it off, he threw the bag on the front desk at my office and didn’t even confirm it was the right place or say anything to anyone, he just left. I’m not surprised the first order went to the wrong place if that’s how he does it! To be clear, my issue is not with the food or Jimmy Johns as a whole- but this delivery driver is awful.
