Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Dyersburg

TERRIBLE!!! the last two times i’ve went here i was the first or second car AS SOON AS THEY OPENED and they have pulled me up and made me wait 20-30 mins on my food. got here at 10:40 and the fryers aren’t even turned on.

I have always thought of mini cheeseburgers when you mention Dairy Queen. They dont have them at this Dairy Queen and I was quite disappointed

One person don’t know what the other is doing and waiting for ever

We waited forever on two heath cupfections paid $12 for them just to get them and the brownie wasn't warm AT ALL and so hard we couldn't even mix it up without breaking the spoon. For $12 this thing should be PERFECT. We definitely won't go back to this Dairy Queen for ice cream.

They were slow. Manager rude. I ordered a Carmel Fudge Cheesecake blizzard. When I pulled up to tge window, the young man asked what I ordered and seemed frustrated. He went and made it, however, it was missing the fudge. Manager came to window to collect my payment while I waited and commented rough day .
