My boy was really bummed that it had no pepperoni and Jewel saved the day by sending outanother one. We will absolutely be ordering from here every time, goodbye Dominos!
Good pizza for the price. Don't care for the call center ordering system. Could not understand the rep I was talking to.
There was a little mishap with my order. But after talking with the manager I felt very reassured on account of her professionalism. All issues were resolved, as a new delivery was sent out. Even with the hiccup with tonight?s order, I stillthink you guys are awesome! Keep up the great work:
Hailey is the worst the at customer service. And the manager is a waste , he wouldn?t listen to me and then hung up on me! As I was trying to tell hi I understood the issue wasn?t on the store. Won?t be back after the very rude interaction. Maybe learnhow to treat customers. And LISTEN!
Came here on a Doordash, the guy in charge was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. I'm literally writing a review about it. Employees looked happy and chipper like the job environment was professional, but also enjoyable. That stuff matters.
