Mcdonald's - East Lansing

Was better mcdonald’s, but if they have extra time to kill, then this place is perfect. the waiting times for journey thru and dine in are in the regular 15 minutes. this location has a second story esbereich with view of the local business in east lansing and decorations of msu interior.

Foods are of constant quality. the service is still after the pandemic. a common problem is that the foods are not ready and you have to wait further (i.e. not fast). to make worse is that those who are not directed to a parking lot often do not move far enough so that those behind either cannot come to the window and/or have to stop to go around. employees do not seem willing to talk to these drivers, so the last to customers to speak or wait for a quiet when autos behind box them in.

We always stop at this mcdonald’s when we visit the mac. eating is always fresh and the staff is friendly. our eating is always super fast!

Maybe I just went to the right time of day because I am ridiculously satisfied with my experience. I have straight through the line, very fast, eating was hot and prepared as I asked, customer service was on point. not complaining. they do not get many good fast food restaurant experiences nowadays. Get up!

Never once have received the correct order, and also had to wait over an hour for a large fry and drink! absolutely ridiculous. staff is very rude, and service is very poor. this mcdonald's is supposed to be open 24 hours, and every time i go past midnight they are closed. being a popular franchise if you say you are opened 24 hours then BE OPENED 24 HOURS!!! or just change your hours to the correct hours it's not that hard.
