Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónDecided to place an order on a Saturday for the first time on the phone. was not given a time when the meal would be ready to collect. from the past experience they usually say 10, but I waited 30 minutes before I left to pick up my order. to collect my order and it was not ready, was told by the employee, I was told it would be a 30-minute wait (which I was not), and as I asked to do it well, it took longer to cook. they also said they were busy as it was a Saturday. in respect of respect, they were more business than on Tuesday when I usually order. I had to wait 10 minutes and the employee came over so rudely as if I had caused a problem and not apologise. I'll call in the future twice before I pick up my order. once to order and check the 2nd time, it is ready to be collected. note if they order via the phone.
We stopped by pizza hut Skegness in the retail park to have a meal. The lady who attended to us said they had a table but we have to pay online. My phone battery was running low 5%. She spoke to us as if it...was now Mandatory to pay online. I did not have the app for pizza hut. I had to download it. The guy who came to check on us told us to take our time and he would attend to us when we have paid. After going through the hassle of poor network inside and having to register on app. I was surprised to see the two other couples who got in there after us paying using their cards direct onto the machine. When I asked there was no proper reason we were given for being hand twisted to pay online.
There's poor mobile coverage at the location, so you have to mess around setting up the Wifi. The ordering website is fairly **** awkward to navigate, hard to find things that you know are there (a great example of something that is poorly signposted...is ordering a half and half combination), a lot slower than talking to a real person. When you want more drinks half way through a meal it's really annoying to have to go through all that again. You're asked to tip the staff *before* you've decided how good/attentive they are and whether they deserve a good tip. I would tip good staff much higher in person than I do because of this. Let me reiterate this your good staff are getting less in tips than they deserve because your process is backwards. It takes too **** long. It's really annoying to spend 5 10 minutes doing something on a phone that traditionally was a fun, (and faster) part of the social interactions of the meal. Your online ordering/payment system is the reason that I rarely go to Pizza Hut any more. You are losing 3 4 visits per year from me because of this. Make it optional rather than expected.
Good selection of food on the salad bar. Food arrived promptly and was piping hot. All the staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.
Really friendly staff, great pizza, pasta and salad selection at the buffet now also on weekends which is a bonus. We always used to go to Raff for buffet but its gone downhill this year so tried pizza hut and all of us agreed pizza...hut is our new favourite plus its cheaper.
