Ab Cake Decorating Supplies

Really great staff! I remember when there was a lack of white chocolate, I called all the different shops. I found out they had it! I could buy two boxes of 25lbs! great price, great staff. I always come here for all my needs.

They have the majority of like baseline supplies that you will usually need. My only concern is the cake boards. They don't carry all sizes. And also if they can put a ruler on the side of the cake board aisle so that we can measure what size we're taking.

The fact you have to get tested to go into the store is quite insane for me. It's almost like I'm going to enter a important building. I mean Relax! Walmart has cake supplies as well and they don't test you to go in their store.Not everyone might agree with me and that's ok.

I found this place on Google and it was really close to my house so I decided to stop by. I called to make sure that edible printing was available. The lady answered very kindly and asked me to send her the picture and she'll print it. Once I got to the store the lady was extremely rude. I mentioned to her that the size was a bit too big for the cake I was making. That's when She got very upset and said that that was all she could do and that I would be wasting her time and supplies if she made another. Which she repeated several times. The issue here is not that the measurements were wrong. That's totally fine and I understand that. But the manner in which she continuously told me that I was wasting her time, because she did not know how to edit the measurements of the photo I sent her. And other places where I've been I've sent the photo and Theyve edited for me to the right measurements that I wanted. I feel that she should have told me this before hand or could have even let me know at the moment in a kind way. Overall my experience was that the owner is extremely rude. I then went home and edited my photos and sent them to her. I decided maybe she had a bad day, and since the place was very close I give it another try. I went back and she said that her printer was now broken. But again, she was very rude. Won't ever recommend this place to anyone or go again. The owner needs to learn some customer service skills!

Good selection of stuff for cake decorations my sister loves coming here alot and service is amazing like always. They will test your body tempature really fasy and have your hand sanitiz before entering the business
