Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónMy partner and I called as we'd called to Driffield for the morning. We ordered 2 breakfasts my My partners bacon was fatty and hard sausages were overdone and the tomatoes were cold. Also we ordered tea for two and there only seemed to be enough for one. Also I noticed that the table next to us ordered a toasted tea-cake seemed to arrive burnt.
There were only a few items left to choose from at 2:45 in the afternoon on a December day. We ordered 2 regular coffees, 1 small cherry scone that was dry and flavorless, and a small mince pie that was equally disappointing. The total came to £8.90. Unfortunately, I have to say that this was extremely poor value for money.
First visit after its reopened and very impressed. Quality of breakfast has improved a lot. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food, for me, could have been a bit hotter but perfectly warm enough to enjoy. May I suggest a bit of music i.e radio in background could add a bit of atmosphere to the cafe but maybe just me.Please try this cafe it’s good vfm.
Very pleasant cafe, good lunchtime menu with plenty of choice and some specials. Great value, breakfast only £5.50. Service friendly and surprising number of tables.
No atmosphere, feels like a retirement home. Bacon sandwich cold, dry with stale bap. Tasteless, not worth £3.80! Waitress may as well have thrown the plates on the table.
