Starbucks - Edinburgh, City of

The view is indeed beautiful, as others have mentioned. However, it would be beneficial if the tables were cleaned more promptly, especially during busy times when the restaurant gets crowded.

I went yesterday with my partner and friend and the service was slowly and very poor. No energy to do a service customer. The tables were full of dirty mugs and the toilet without soap. The stuff were busy on their phones. So I guess...it's more important to be on their phones than do their job. No professional at all. I work at Starbucks and I feel so lucky because I have a great supervisors and amazing manager.

OK Its a starbucks but dogs allowed inside given the weather a miracle great staff , huge queues on a Saturday.

Staff were very helpful but ever so slightly pushy with adding things onto my order, but I’m sure they are asked to do that and their friendly attitude more than made up for it. Great coffee, beautiful cafe

I normally like this place, but my visit this week was pretty bad. I asked for a coffee with oat milk. The barista put regular milk in it instead. I'm lactose intolerant. It made me sick. I have no idea if this was intentional or...not, but I probably won't be coming back, just to be on the safe side.
