I was disappointed with the portion size of the 6-piece dish and found the traditional dish to be overcooked. Additionally, when I provided them with my personal information as requested, they were unresponsive and did not explain why it was needed. I received no refund or explanation for their actions.
I made the mistake of ordering from this restaurant. After waiting 17 minutes on the phone, I finally placed my order. When I received my order, it was all cold. I had to wait 15 minutes for cold food and they didn't even provide serviettes or utensils, I had to ask for them. It was a waste of money, as the meal was not enjoyable. My partner didn't even eat their food. I tried to reheat the food multiple times without success. Despite living only 10 minutes away from the restaurant, my food arrived cold and dried out. It seems like they forgot to keep my food under a heat lamp. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the experience. The food was dry to begin with and I would recommend finding a better location or a different restaurant. Don't waste your time or money. I won't be ordering from this restaurant again, and suggest saving your appetite for a different dining establishment.
We went to this place lately, and often to this place because it is close. we like to eat this, but every time we go, we have pretty bad service. this time we went in and there was no one on the vacant. it seems that this is happening frequently. another person who came after us was looking for someone who sat down. we almost went, but we were too hungry to find something else. it took a minute for the waiter to get our drink order and also food order. the waiter and waiter seem to do all their jobs with the least upside down and they also need to clean the table areas a little better. there is hardly anyone in me at all, so I have no idea why it takes so long with the service and sometimes it comes out and it is cold. this location only needs a better management overall.
My wife and I arrived for lunch at 11:30 on Wednesday. The restaurant was almost empty, only a few tables were occupied. The girl at the front desk told us it would be about a 15 minute wait for a table even though there were plenty of open tables in the dining area. So we opted to sit at the high chairs in the bar area. This was just the beginning. Every single waitress walking around looked miserable. Nobody smiled at all. Our waitress took our drink order then our food order. We both ordered 10 traditional wings but my wife ordered all flats, which she got. But, they must have put all of her chicken legs on my order because I had only a single, flat and 9 legs. The waitress never checked on us, I had to flag another waitress down to ask for napkins and we wipes. Unbelievable. We had no napkins! Also, nothing to put our bones in. We also ordered some wings and fries to take home for our son. And, when paying our bill, I asked our waitress if we could buy a bottle of the Parmesan garlic sauce. She said we’d have to get that at the front. So, we walked to the front. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to help me. There were some customers getting food to go so I waited patiently while the counter girl took care of them. Two other customers came in and she took their order. Finally, after watching 3 girls miserably walking around and ignoring us, including our waitress who had told us we needed to go there for the sauce, I asked the girl at the counter if I could order something. My wife was boiling mad at this point and told me to forget it. So we left. By far the slowest and most depressing visit ever to a BWW.
