Steak 'n Shake - Edwardsville

Steaak and Shake has managed to make dining as exciting as using a vending machine. School cafiterias have better atmosphere. I will never eat there again.

I ordered a cheese burger, fries and chicken nuggets. This cheeseburger was the greasyiest cheeseburger I have ever got from any restaurant. I worked at steak shake at the circle when I was 16 we never served anything like this to anyone. I have never gotten any hamburger from any other steak shake Like this. Steal Shake is not the same place I use to love their food, its not what it use to be.

Terrible wait times, rude service, and subpar quality food. Won't be returning.

Fast food... nothing speacial... but at least the order is 95% of the time correct. Good food and service.

Kiosk was fine — easy and quick. You have to scan your receipt at the kiosk for some unknown reason. You also have to scan your receipt at the soda machine to get it to work. This was not clear and I didn't get soda (iced tea doesn't require a scan, evidently). Shake was fine and served in an old-timey, tall heavy glass soda glass.
