Sonic Drive-in - El Paso

My experience at Sonic was terrible. I ordered a premium burrito with chopped peppers, onions, sausage, etc. Instead, I received a monstrosity of a burrito. If you don't have the ingredients to make my order, at least inform me beforehand. The burrito tasted just as bad as it looked.

We waited 10 minutes for 4 mozzarella sticks, while a server named Dani was on her phone. The mozzarella sticks were sitting by the register, but she forgot to give them to us along with our drinks. After finally bringing the food, she said "have a good day" and walked away laughing without apologizing for the delay.

The service at this restaurant is typically good, but I had a poor experience this time. I waited over 20 minutes for my order while others who arrived after me were served and left before me. When I went inside, I saw employees goofing off and smoking outside, which was very unprofessional. Despite one of the girls giving us a free drink, I was still disappointed with the overall experience.

This is a short review. I have only tried the drinks and slushes here but they are just on point. Cherry lime is the best one.

We went through the Drive-Thru for some afternoon ice cream treats. We felt rushed from the beginning and then upon asking a question about a menu item... the rude drive thru girl told us not once, but twice that Its on the menu. ... Okay so there are over 25 things on this menu. I simply asked for 3 small candy slushies for my kids. I assumed the candy slushies were just the single flavor of nerds. Asked her again what were the candy flavors since I 've never been asked this before and she reiterated that it was On the menu. THEN after we completed our order... silence. Absolute silence. No, Your total is X or Please pull up to the window So we drove off because YOU did not have to come to work today if you didn 't want to work. Like seriously. I hope who ever is over her heard this exchange between the employee and the customer because that was NOT ok. My 6 year old has a better attitude. Were never giving this location a minute of our time nor our money. Do better.
