Ordered a burger and was told they are out of burgers ....why would a burger joint be out of burgers ? 30 min drive for me 1 way....I'M DONE !!!!
Waited over 20 mins for someone to take my order. And when I finally got it, everything was cold. Just a waste.

Where do I start. When we drove in at 9pm, the main Sonic sign was half lit. When we pulled into a stall to order, the video screen wasn't working. Neither were half of the other ones. The person taking our order couldn't understand us and it had to be repeated 3 times. They then informed us the shake machine was out of order. Lastly, we waited 10 minutes to get a strawberry limeade and a blast. Oh, did I forget to mention that there were only 2 other cars there.
The food is so much better and consistent under new management, and the staff is also much better. My only complaint is every single time we come here they are out of several items, and it's not posited anywhere they are out. I understand supply chains aren't what they used to be, but I think they need to make adjustments to order quantities and also post if they are out of something, it would be far less frustrating.
