The service was great, however the only thing that was noticed and did not sit well with me was the cook. The young gentleman that was there was violating a few health codes. He has constantly touching his hair and pushing it back, touching and scratching his check, then touching the food with his bare hands. No gloves were worn and no hand washing was done. The lady behind the counter had 2 orders ready in the heater, she bagged up both (including mine) then passed off one to the customer ahead of me THEN LEFT MINE in the bag under the heat! She proceeded to take another order at the drive thru then went in the back, dropped something into the friers to cook. Then she came to the front and took another order at the counter BEFORE HANDING MY BAG TO ME!!!! I WILL NEVER FORGET HOW SHE WAITED to give me my order so to TAKE OTHER ORDERS BEFORE HANDING ME MY BAG OF FOOD which was bagged up and ready to pass to me!

Went to pickup food for delivery customer restaurant not open. Have to cancel order and cost me in drive from AZ city and a possible other open paying order happens a lot despite the sign on the door they close at 12 pm. Please update hours on door and in delivery apps to what ever correct closing time is. I understand why employees don’t want to be there if slow or safety issue. Close store at 9pm if you want I don’t care just stop messing up my pay and stats please. Thanks
