If I could, I would give it 0 stars. I placed an order on Ifood as it was one of the few that delivered to my address (I live in the countryside). Order placed at 7:30 pm, accepted by the store a minute later. 20:13 order was out for delivery, as it's in the countryside and the houses don't have numbers, we already left and were on the street waiting. Expected delivery 21:10, we waited until then and nothing. As the order was delayed, we called the store. The attendant simply said that the order would not be delivered, as they do not deliver here to the region. We questioned why they didn't cancel, they said they don't cancel orders because it hurts the company. We had been counting on this since 7:30 pm, the order was accepted and it was out for delivery and the attendant swears that the establishment is correct. I made the cancellation request on Ifood and the store still had the ability to deny the request. Now I need to resolve it with Ifood and ask for a refund, as I paid by card (including paying the delivery fee). Ridiculous attitude! If you don't know how to use technology, continue the traditional way, without the App. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A Dinapoli virou uma loteria. Às vezes está bom e em outras não. De uns tempos pra cá parece que a qualidade decaiu muito. Hoje eu fiquei decepcionado. A massa da pizza simplesmente estava seca e os recheios da pizza sequer ficavam em cima da massa. Uma massa seca, dura e sem sabor. Horrível. Preço salgado. Última vez que peço. The pizza needs no comments, for a pizzeria that produces it on a large scale it is a show!!!! However, the personal service is not up to par. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
