Chick-fil-a - Eufaula

If I had dined in instead of using the drive-thru, I would have returned this dish. The portion size of the sausage bowl I received today was extremely small. The Eufaula Chick-fil-A should be ashamed.

The new Honey Pepper Pimento chicken sandwich was lackluster and a good bit disappointing to say the least. A lot of hype and I am rarely made to make a bad review on food, but when I got my sandwich with the smallest and almost nonexistent amount of the pimento cheese, the first thing I did was whip out the phone. Hopefully it is just this store.

This was by far the worst Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had. I ordered online in advance, yet still had to wait 20 minutes for my food in a nearly empty restaurant. Towards the end of my meal, I went up to ask for a drink refill and stood waiting for 10 minutes as employees walked by, completely overlooking me as I tried to get their attention. When I finally managed to flag one down, she had an attitude about my request for a refill. Throughout this whole ordeal, the manager was off to the side, laughing and chatting with another employee, completely unaware of what was happening.

It’s Chick-fil-a, how much of a review does it take? This place is the most boombastic, bombdiggity, scrumdiddlyumptious chicken joint in the greater Enterprise area. The fast service is always guaranteed with the dual drive-thru lane. This crew that seem more like a NASCAR pit team, than that of smiling order taking fast food employees are always so happy to help.
