Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónAbsolutely horrible service. Extremely slow and the food was horrible. I sat in the drive-thru for about 15 mins alone for my food to not be right. I went inside to try to correct and there is a building full of employees, so why were they so slow was my immediate question. The woman at the front counter had a very nasty attitude; extremely rude. The only nice employees was the guy in the drive-thru (although he moved VERY SLOW) and a young man who was on the line, cooking. He came out to use the restroom and he was the only one who came out with a smile and apologized for the delay. He said he would have jumped on the front counter, but he didn’t know how to work the computer (don’t know if that’s true or not). Everything about today’s visit was bad, just bad. I will not be returning… ever.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN.
Just not a good location, bad service all around, from taking the order to making it to bagging it was all really bad. 2 lanes is a mistake as both have seperate employees where one was too busy to take orders and had one lane going 2 and 3 cars per one in the other. No napkins no sauce after asking and had to pull up and wait in a parking space for only a whopper jr
We just left The dining room was so sticky dirty tables etc If that’s how they keep up cleaning in the lobby imagine what they looking the other way at in the kitchen
Cannot believe what I have kept coming when I knew it was going to be 20 min for a lousy whopper jr. Very slow very slow. I finally decide to give up.
