Bad experience I ever had in the firehouse. my order was not properly prepared and looks like it was just thrown together. brot was all broken and it was cold when it was hot. they did not follow instructions or gave me the items for which I was calculated extra. when I called the load to report the problem, the wiring got bad and hung up the phone before I finished with my complaint. when I called back to ask her to reimburse only my card for the sub, she said that I had to come if I didn't have to come to pay for the order! customer service training from a switching line should be a request!
This load cannot follow simple instructions. does that look like illuminated bananenpfeffer and I have more on my sandwich. crew works on oc.16 at 15:25 o'clock
He waited for 45 minutes for a mobile order that they push back on the line to help customers who just ordered why a mobile app then have. Pronouncedly observed why the employees behind the counter took ineffective. Eating is good, but so unorganized. No management!!!
I ordered to go, it took nearly 30 minutes to get my food. My sandwich was forgotten and I was handed the wrong sub. There was only one person was in front of me, I get that there are also online orders but it shouldn?t take 30 minutes to get food. I work EMS and it?s hard to find time to eat as it is. Once the situation was fixed I got my sandwich promptly within 2 minutes. Unfortunately this isn?t the first time it?s taken and extended period of time to get my order. Other than the long wait the staff is kind and the restaurant is clean.
