Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónBad experience I ever had in the firehouse. my order was not properly prepared and looks like it was just thrown together. brot was all broken and it was cold when it was hot. they did not follow instructions or gave me the items for which I was calculated extra. when I called the load to report the problem, the wiring got bad and hung up the phone before I finished with my complaint. when I called back to ask her to reimburse only my card for the sub, she said that I had to come if I didn't have to come to pay for the order! customer service training from a switching line should be a request!
He waited 45 minutes for a mobile order, only to see the staff prioritizing customers who placed their orders in person. It's frustrating to see that the mobile app doesn't seem to mean much in this situation. I also noticed that the employees behind the counter were not very effective in managing orders. The food is good, but the overall organization is lacking. There's a clear absence of management!
I ordered to go, it took nearly 30 minutes to get my food. My sandwich was forgotten and I was handed the wrong sub. There was only one person was in front of me, I get that there are also online orders but it shouldn?t take 30 minutes to get food. I work EMS and it?s hard to find time to eat as it is. Once the situation was fixed I got my sandwich promptly within 2 minutes. Unfortunately this isn?t the first time it?s taken and extended period of time to get my order. Other than the long wait the staff is kind and the restaurant is clean.
I always have a great time dining here! The sandwiches are fantastic and quite filling, while the salads are large and fresh, with a variety of meat options. They're so delicious that I couldn't finish mine and took half of it home! The restaurant itself is very clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I absolutely love coming here!
So we normally always have a great experience here but tonight the staff was rude and the place was dirty.. it took really long to get our food and you can just tell how miserable the staff is tonight. We almost didn't come in because the open sign was off, when my husband ordered the staff member was very rushed and curt. When we got our food we realized we didn't get our soup so my husband brought the receipt and it said chips. When he tried to sort the mistake the staff member replied very loudly sir that's extra. He wasn't asking it for free but was trying to exchange it. Not a single table was clean and the floor was disgusting. When my husband came back he was embarrassed so we ate and left.
