TGI FRIDAYS - Exton

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The floors are dirty, the tables are sticky, and there is a foul odor. I will never come back to this restaurant again!

The waiter was awful and completely ruined our dining experience. The restaurant ran out of food at different points, and it was difficult to order drinks.

The slow and incompetent service from our server (Sheyenne) to the manager (Lamar) was frustrating. Our server messed up our order and I ended up eating after the rest of my family had finished. When I asked the manager to explain the situation, it took him forever to come to our table, only to give a half-hearted apology. The server also made mistakes with the check that needed to be corrected. This complete disaster ended up costing me over $100 for mediocre food at best.

As our waitress noted, This place needs help. Although relatively empty, there was a wait to be seated, there were few servers around, and it took an inordinate amount of time to receive our meals, which were lukewarm. Unlike other locations, this Friday 's seems to be devoid of management.

Made a 6:30 reservation for 4/1 (sometime in the early afternoon). When we arrived the host said the kitchen was backed up and the wait would be about an hour despite the reservation. Safe to say we did not wait. Won 't be back
