Kawartha Dairy - FARADAY

The indoor portion of the store has always smelled like spoiled milk. I understand it's a dairy, but when you're purchasing dairy products it does not inspire confidence that your food is fresh.

I'm giving this restaurant four stars only because of the manager, Tracey. When I asked for an additional spoon, she yelled at me in front of everyone to go to the last window. She then walked with me from the inside to meet me at the last window with the spoon in her hand before handing it to me. I'm not sure why she couldn't have just given it to me from the window we were originally at. I suppose that window must be the "no extra spoon window"? Regardless, the ice cream tasted great! I think Tracey should try some before her shift. It might make her a bit happier.

Ice cream scoops are out of this world. A very great Ontario Staple for local dairy ice cream. The ice cream is great quality and quantity. You can buy a tub to go or grab some on the spot. It's a core memory from my childhood, sit on the bunch and enjoy a scoop in the sun. flavour I recommended is the Pralines Cream

There were only 2 ordering windows and 1 pickup window open for a long line. The scoops were not consistent in size - even though both my friend and I asked for one scoop, mine was significantly smaller than my friend's.

Tasty ice cream. Big servings. I got the baby size and it would have been a regular or large anywhere else.
