This was my first time eating at a Zaxby's. Good chicken and waffle fries. But you had to ask for salt, napkin etc, everything is behind the counter.Nothing was accessible and you had to wait each time to ask for it. It was a bit annoying. Chicken was very good.

We sat there for almost 30 minutes waiting on our food and the food wasn't even hot, except for the pickles at least.

Fresh salads, tender chicken, plenty of sauces with your order, sweet tea is always fresh. I mean…. You can’t get any better than that. Can’t emphasize enough how fresh and consistent the food is. The employees are courteous and helpful too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A

Not impressed with their chicken strips. Lee's are much much better.
