Historical premises that the young manager reopened after years of oblivion creating a modern space. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are served here. We went for dinner. The rain did not allow us to dine on the terrace, but also the interior has a good atmosphere. The very kind and professional staff. We chose the tasting menu at 35 euros: 4 starters 1 first and 1 second chosen by the chef. Good wine paper that includes local labels and other regions. At the end of the dinner we had a nice chat with the owner and chef of food, wine and territory. We wish him to realize all dreams in the drawer! The location is in industrial style, modern, a little cold for my tastes, the scarce furniture and iron tables do not absorb the sounds of the kitchen and seems almost a canteen. We got two fries and a pie for the baby. For the price paid (20 € frying) I would prefer more fish and less potatoes, among other things a little greedy, as done in advance. Compensate the abundance of the tortellino that with the doggy bag I also made lunch for the next day. We didn't go out on the terrace but I'm sure it enjoys a wonderful view. Please note the services that already at the beginning of the evening lacked paper and soap.

Delicious dishes with a wonderful view.... the exceptional service, in particular way of Giulia, but all the staff is impeccable and friendly. The cook is good and helpful to meet special needs. Recommended place.

During our walk through Fermo we decided to stop for a drink at the Gran Caffè Belli. It was really dark inside so we got to the terrace to enjoy the view and the weather. While we were sitting there a waitress arrived who -without speaking one single word- took away the table we were sitting at! One minute later, she came back to take away the table next to us. For the other people on the terrace it was hilarious but for us it was a supreme act of impoliteness. We didn’t feel welcome anymore and the way in which we were treated simply shocked us.

The place looked great with a nice view. I felt like having something to eat with my family and enjoy the view but the person in charge at the time of our arrival didn't let us sit in an unkind way without any manners. Probably because we were not locals or tourists who knows
