El Tapatio Mexican - Flagstaff

Jose luis is the best waiter we've ever had. the good is fantastic. we went in two days. flagstaff is hard to navigate and el tapatio is a home away from home. I wish I could give 6 stars. tomorrow back to chicago and el tapatio is very missing.

Food was delicious. I got the chicken salad and the chicken was perfect and delicious. My husband got the enchiladas de camaron and they didn't stand a chance, lol. He enjoyed them. Pictures don't give it justice but they everything was delicious

The best Mexican food we have ever ate! We travel to Mexico all the time and this place is the best!!

This place is one of my favorite restaurants in Flagstaff. Great Authentic Mexican Restaurant. The portions are huge, and so are the margaritas!!!

I read the reviews but they didn't deliver. positive: colorful, friendly atmosphere. As we sat down, they brought chips and salsa. our waiter was nice, made some suggestions. Negatice: there was a piece of plastic on my torta, i noticed it at the end like almost last bite so I simply left it. The server disappeared after taking our order. she brought the drinks, took our order then somebody else brought out the food and we didn't see her untill it my husband got up to ask for the check. Last thoughts we've had better food, and better service, my husband had a burrito and it wasn't what he was expecting. My kids didn't even touch their food and they love tacos rice and beans as well as nuggets and fries. Food was good, but not as amazing as some of y'all here said.
