Jimmy John's - Flagstaff

This is a very nice looking, upscale subshop with ample, comfortable seating. The property is very clean inside and out. Service was excellent by asst. mgr. Jaime. The professional staff had my spicy Italian and roast beef/cheese subs done in under 10 minutes. The subs were large and tasty. I'll have to try out the other varieties on the next visit.

Amazing that a place that prides itself on its delivery service calls and to say they can’t deliver! 1 mile away and wasn’t given a reason!!! No problem taking your money then get stiffed on the 3/5 business day return policy. If you have a choice order anywhere but here! For those that think this is petty I ordered from them 2 days prior and was less than impressed as well!

Well since you wanna know! It was to much of a problem I guess for the minority, shorter girl with dark hair to put my 2 ordered sandwiches in a sack! When I asked her if she could put my sandwiches in a sack she ignored me so I did it myself along with a couple napkins! I said never mind I will do it myself and did and left!

Always enjoy a good sandwich. Especially the new east coast one.

Multiple orders with the exact same results. 1 mile away and it takes over an hour to ever get anything. Call and it is always the same exact reason and answer. “Our driver just left I didn't have one I’m sorry” every single time without fail. So mostly my fault for continuing to order but one pro you can always expect is that they are consistent
