Dunkin' - Fontainebleau

This Dunkin' Donuts location is the worst I've ever been to. The employees, who are mostly young girls, seem to be more interested in laughing, sitting around, and playing on their phones than actually working. The manager really needs to step up and hire better staff as soon as possible.

It's crazy you place an order for pick up and you wait over 15 minutes while the employee does nothing. Doesn't even make eye contact with me. Doesn't ask me what I'm waiting for. Then after I have waited all this time gets my order from the mobile pick up area. She just neglected to do her job and is the only employee behind the counter. Ridiculous even for a plaza

Unprofessional, costumer waiting in line and they are on their phones, making jokes and playing around, very rude attitude.

I stopped off the turnpike at 9:15 at night. They were doing the register. So no one acknowledged me. One employee just looked at me. She was heavy set and was not working. So I asked her if I could get some service. She said I had to wait for the register to finish. The man was still there with no hello or smile. I am a paying customer with no acknowledgement at this location.

Dunking is not open till 10pm. It sucks I wanted donuts
