Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónIt's just not the same like it used to be. No more specials, just the basic menu where the best food is a hamburger. Otherwise you're just eating your typical bar food from the bag. Although we still attend on a monthly basis on the weekends it is obvious that people are no longer going here for dinner. The waitress staff has also changed over and from experience I can tell you it's because of the lack of clientele and the lack of money to be made. It's really a shame with so much potential that this place has become what it is. I get it, it cost money to have a real chef in the kitchen but on a Friday and Saturday night it could be well worth it for this establishment. Otherwise they have to continue to settle with the one beer, coffee drinking crowd who leaves a 50 Cent tip.
It 's sad this place is owned by McCloone 's. It 's an EMBARRASSMENT to the McCloone 's name. Waited an hour an 15 min for our food. No apologies, no one said up front anything would be delayed, they all acted like it was normal. The nacho 's came at the 75 min mark and were cold and literally had no cheese on them. See attached picture. At this point we just said forget the rest of the food since we had no clue when it was coming anyway. As would be expected we asked to speak with the manager who had a nonchalant attitude and was like sorry a lot of people here for derby day kitchen is backed up . No genuine apology, she honestly seemed bothered to even have to come speak to us. McCloones do yourself a favor and get your name off of this place. I 've dined at your West Orange and Long Branch locations and you should be ashamed to be associated with this place. Crappy service, crappy food, and management who doesn 't care. Place your bets have a drink and leave, it 's all its good for.
Food Atmosphere were amazing. Staff was friendly and efficient at their jobs. Will be coming here daily!!!
We came here on a Saturday night and boy was the parking lot packed. Went in and realized most people were here for the horse races and betting. Ordered the red and white wine sangria a which were surprisingly tasty. For our appetizer we got the French Onion Soup and Thai wings. The soup was way too salty and like 2lbs of cheese on top. The Thai wings came with like 3 pieces of celery sticks (not enough) and the wings were very greasy and dripping in a sweet and sour sauce. Not very appetizing. I got the salad with walnuts, feta, apples and grilled chicken; this was very tasty and had just enough dressing so the salad wasn't mushy. My husband got the Turkey Burger with sweet potato fries which he enjoyed as well. Service was really good with attentive workers and fairly fast service. Would probably come back here for drinks and some horse betting and the salad.
Great service for such a busy place. Our waitress Alissa was so attentive and the hostess Ronnie was such a sweetheart . Food was fast and delicious . For sure will be back.
