Cubano's By Mario - Fort Lauderdale

Mario is so friendly and he has created a personal dining experience!!! The food is amazing!!!! And when I say amazing I truly mean it there isn’t anything that we have tried that has been bad all the dishes that they serve there are so good that you can’t help but want to lick your plate clean Lol!!!! Everyone needs to experience Cubano’s by Mario!!! 5 stars

Wow! food is great. I'm sensitive to seafood (i can only eat a little bit or i get very naceous) this started after getting a 24hr bug after eating salmon years ago...I ate my fill here . My dad and I shared the seafood boil and it was the best I've ever had and we have tried some of the top places in seattle with very fresh seafood. I was a little uneasy if it would feed us both like our said, but there ended up being left overs. Everything was good and I loved that the owner greated us as we came in, service was also good, and it was very nice visiting with a couple of the regulars. If you are trying to decide where to eat, pick here.

Had dinner at Cubanos by Mario. Food's fantastic, but the service is overly persistent—got pitched additional items 13+ times. Watch out: Calamari is $29.99, and daily specials are pricey. Owner's friendly, but overall staff vibe is pushy. Dim lighting, awesome Cuban art, not ideal for conversation. Pork is delicious, expect to spend $200-$250 (including tip) for a full meal with drinks for two. Empanadas are a highlight, but mussels were overly salty.

The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. We will definitely be returning. The mojitos were really great and everything tasted authentic.
