But then somebody walked away from the prep line and I never got any food at all because as I stood there watching my burrito get cold and only half made I just decided to leave. Terrible service, need more employees, need to hire some adults and need a little bit better forecasting when you know people are coming in. I've been going this most for very long time and I've been watching it steadily go downhill. I had $10 in banked rewards I was going to use. I guess I'll just forget it now. Very disappointed. This is not reflective of the other locations of Moe's, just the one on Pleasant Road.
This is Moe's SW Grill on 1751 Pleasant Rd in Fort Mill, SC. The food was great as usual, but their service has gone downhill a bit. I visited at peak dinner hours around 6:30pm on a Saturday, so I will give them a little slack on that, there were about 10 people in line ahead of me, but the wait to get through the line and have my order taken was unusually long. Then it took a while for them to make my burrito too. The guy in front of me ordered a kids plain cheese quesadilla, and they misplaced it and had to make him another. They were running low on food items, but they were quickly replenished on the spot, which was a plus. Seems there were relatively new employees there too, so hopefully things will improve. The food was great as usual. The Homewrecker burrito is always great, and all the ingredients used were fresh and very tasty as usual. I'll still visit, I love Moe's food, especially their queso dip, but will plan a little more time.Vegetarian options: They have tofu as a meat/protein substitute. They have a huge selection of vegetables to add as well.Dietary restrictions: Aside from the tortillas, everything else is essentially gluten-free. None of the meat is breaded either.
I'm not big fun of any fast-food restaurant but Moe's SC-160 is one that I and my kids do definetely like. Staff is very friendly and the food is sooo good .
Food quality is very bad nowadays. Sometimes good, sometimes damn bad especially bowls.
My food fell apart before I even bit it, the young cashier tossed my uncovered “stack” over my chips and queso, my chips were stale, and the team members were discussing their personal business while I’m waiting in line. I’m a restaurant manager myself, I don’t want anything but maybe you could fix this if someone brings it to your attention.
