Friendly service, a bit hard to hear each other. all perfect.

The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the beautiful vault creates a wonderful atmosphere for enjoying a hot or cold drink.

In my experience, many places don’t add extra, which is my favorite part! He was very nice about it and went above and beyond by adding so much whipped cream—it was heavenly! Today, I randomly decided to stop by this location while on my diet, and I asked for extra whipped cream from Stephanie, the barista working there. She was even more amazing and added three layers of whipped cream because she could see how much I loved it! She made me my mocha cookie crumble even though it wasn't in her usual orders, which was a wonderful surprise. Most places would have just prepared what was ordered, but she made it extra special for me. Thank you, Stephanie! This place deserves five stars from me. Special thanks to all the baristas at Dieucks on Port Washington! You've gained a lifelong customer, and I truly appreciate your hard work!

The menu is quite limited. It tends to be very busy during peak hours. The staff works efficiently to handle all orders. I recommend placing your order in advance if you're short on time. The seating area is very small and often crowded. Since October 2020, there have been no indoor seating options or restrooms available.
