Mcdonald's - Frederick

The place is clean the service is slow the funeral music being played must go. Both visits here over the course of a few months has been instrumental. This morning we got to listen to lullabies.

Very rude staff. Didn't get what we ordered and when asked them to correct the rudeness began. Will not ever return

Very pleasant dining experience with my grandkids. Electronic game pad at counter for kids to use while waiting and eating.

The order was accurate and the process went smoothly. It would be nice if all McDonald's locations could show more courtesy by saying something like, "Your order is complete. Is there anything else you would like to add?" A staff member mentioned that it would be less rude. The meal for two was well prepared.

They always serve a gigantic cone! The cocoskola is fantastic, and the fries are consistently hot. The community truly supports this restaurant; they are always 100% reliable!
