Good food, great fish, perfect service, correct prices. the new management apparently holds the tradition of being one of the rare restaurants in the city with excellent fish dishes. the spatialities are adapted to coronary occlusions, since the tiles are high. very original, the upwardly located X-Mas tree....A critic: the pistache sweat is tasteless.

Über die Chaîne rotisseur sind wir auf diese brasserie gekommen. Sehr schönes Ambiente und feines Essen auch mal spezielles wie Kutteln. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Ein Ort wo man gerne wieder hin kommt.

Very refreshing to be welcomed by people who are happy to work. Have been visiting a friend in Fribourg and discovered this unique place where food was simply delicious. Had a drink at the lounge located in the balcony before our dinner, the view on...the place was superb from upstairs with a very creative barman. Try the fish backed in salt crust!

We visited the restaurant on a Saturday night. the atmosphere was amazing. the service was friendly and professional. the waiters were detailed and they did everything perfectly. the chef offered us unique objects and dishes. the texture of seafood was great as we discovered...more and more layers. a really good donation. we will certainly go back because the prices were affordable compared to the value we got. if they happen to be in fribourg, do not miss the opportunity to visit this restaurant.
