The young Asian male worker needs to work on his greetings skills , making a customer feel welcome and wanted. He was not very knowledgeable when asked about items in store and online.

When my wife said she was ordering a new meal prep service, I was stoked. We got ICON delivered and had our first meal, which looked less impressive than a frozen TV dinner you get at your local grocery store. We ate the food, the meat was chewy and had zero flavor. Two days later what do you know? My wife and I are bought getting thoroughly cleaned out, wife has a 101 fever and both feel weak. We tried emailing ICON about this and they had nothing to say. We never get food poisoning. Coincidence? I think not. Would not recommend to our worst enemy.

Do not order from Icon meals. Not only does it not taste good, but I had also gotten sick from all the meals. Their customer service is the worse, I tried to get a refund and they wouldn't. So just spend your money elsewhere.

There needs to be a zero stars option. The absolute worst meal prep company I have ever ordered from. Everything and I do mean EVERYTHING was bland AF and tasteless, not even a hint of flavor. I had to sprinkle seasoning on every single meal. Blueberry pancakes were gross and dry after being warmed up. The chicken in every meal I ordered (chicken power bowl and double protein saffron rice) was so dry that I couldn't even choke it down without half a glass of water. The quinoa mix in the chicken bowl was not cooked, so the grains of rice were hard still. The Mini beef cheddar sliders were very tough and dry as well. I honestly threw out half of my order because it was that bad. Such a waste of money! There was not even one halfway decent dish out of the 9 I ordered. O out of 10 recommended.
