Umami Fusion Flavour - FROSINONE

Nice taste for rolls and starters. Appetizers very good. I used to go to Japanese food and I can tell this quality is very good. Nice location as well. I've moved from Latina to try and it was really good choice. In 4 with spritzs we spent 40€ per person.

Firstly the good thing was our lovely waitress. The sashimi was cut too thickly. Too much mayonnaise in the rolls Tempura was good. We were crazy to order hummus but were curious. It came as a soup with some croutons on top. We sent it back as it was tasteless and the wrong consistency. They still put it on the bill though which was really mean considering for five of us for lunch we paid over 180 euros. I wouldn’t go back

I have been here two times during my holidays, for an aperitive and for dinner. It was simply the best experience I have ever tasted in the Frosinone area and not only. UMAMI is not only having dinner , it 's a real food experience that you can find only in more well-known cities. If you want to taste quality food and especially quality sushi, you have absolutely to come here, you won 't regret it! More, the location and the ambience in the restaurant are awesome, such as the staff (very well prepared to fulfil all your needs and to advise you on everything in order to have a memorable experience). Last but not least, I loved the variety of wines among you can choose, all high quality, and also the cocktails are very well done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Umami. It 's can seem quite expensive, but the price is more than reasonable taken into account the quality of the ingredients, the location and the preparation of the staff.
