Chilli's Fürth Mexican Restaurant Y Bar

Food is average but at a premium price, feels too expensive in comparison to authentic mexican restaurants. Cocktails are tasty and have a nice variety, but be aware of the happy hour, as they are unreasonable pricey otherwise.

On September 22, 2020, myself and my girl went to eat at Chili 's Fürth. I ordered chili and cheese nacho 's as a appetizer and the double meat cheese burger with an egg sunny side up and jalapeno 's for my meal. I ordered the burger without onions. (I 'm allergic and I told the wait person this on ordering . So we 're eating the appetizer and my wife bites into a piece of plastic on the nacho 's. (come served inside the small bowl of sour cream--unknown to us . I complained to the wait person, he said sorry and complained to the kitchen workers. Nothing else said or done to improve our mood or dissatisfaction. Our food finally arrived, we prepared to started eating and I 'm smelling onions. (Again, I ordered my burger without onions I take a bite of the burger and get the taste and smell of onion, spit it out and take the burger apart. It 's fully loaded with onions! Additionally, It took nearly 45minutes to get our food. So, I see the burger is prepared with onion. I remove all the onions and scrape the patty to remove any juice from the meat. Later, the wait person comes again (service is slow, as they run inside and outside and I tell him looks like today is the bad day for the kitchen and show him the onions. Reminding him I ordered mine without onions. By then,I have eaten about 2 bites of the burger by then and he asks should I make you a new one? I replied no, thanks. It took way too long to get this one and besides, I 'm afraid of what may come on there next!! I we finally get done and he comes over to cash us out. Then says would you like a coffee or a desert on the house? I replied no, I would like a discount on the meal or have it comped. He just smiled and rang up the invoice at full price.
