We had a party of 11 adult and 2 children to the 14th february 2015 to celebrate my engaged birthday and Valentine's Day. I made the reservation a few weeks ago and even went to the restaurant to see it. while I was there to get the restaurant, the manager showed me a room that was currently used by another party and told me that I could reserve this special room and I could bring into my own decorations. we discussed options for the table set up and I decided to build a U-shaped. When I arrived on the 14th february, they had a long table in a completely different area, which was very close and inconvenient for our big party. it was so close to 2 walls that for everyone in our party sitting on the long side of the table that was on a wall to come in and out, everyone on this side had to stand up and pull out single file. on the other side, the table of another party was placed parallel to us so tightly that our server had to run around her table to end up at our table. I spoke to the manager and pressed my unmistakable that she let me know that I had spent money for the facility she promised me and that someone from the restaurant would have called me to inform about the change. she apologised and said she would pass on this to the personal. it went from there to the hill. the service was terrible. it took a long time to get our food from curs. the hummerbisque was bland and luke warm. they were not hot. my fiancée ordered surf and turf. they forgot to bring his surf (shrimp scampi.) my sister specifically asked to cook her steak. it was good. they offered to eat their whole meal again. when they brought it out, they put it in front of one dame on another table. once it was recognized that it was not part of this dame, the server took it from this table and put it in front of my sister. infected and unsanitar! someone from the restaurant came by to ask for our experience, and we were candid that it was not at all good. I felt bad for my guests and felt that their Valentine's Day celebration was ruined to not mention my engaged birthday party. the restaurant owner (who never came here to tell us something) took the meal of my sister out of the bill and a supplement 15% off the whole bill. we appreciate that, but it wasn't for the bad food, HORRIBLE service, the inconvenience and scissors inconfrontation. do not go for this purpose if they want a good experience and good eating. it doesn't even deserve a star, but I was forced to give at least that.

Friendly atmosphere, excellent eating, great waiting staff, especially mauricio, that was great! Mariachi band plays enough to have fun and fun, but not in your face. we talked to the manager and told her how excellent mauricio was.

We were looking for a place that served paella and once we took a look at the menu, none of us ordered it! Not to say that the paella isn't good, it's probably delicious but we each found something that we wanted more. From the mojito, to the tostones, everything was great! My whole family is Cuban so when I say Cuban food was good I mean it (obviously not like mom's or grandma but it was good

Great fun with the band and friendly staff. Both kids and adults really enjoyed the chips, appetizer, and main courses. There has been much turnover in this location and we were pleasantly surprised. We will be back.

The overall service was outstanding! Delicious, hot and flavorful food.
