Arrivati da Roma , abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima serata da Franco e Chiara, in compagnia della musica del coinvolgente duo A nuje ce piace o blues. Siamo stati consigliati da Franco sulla scelta dei vini e dei piatti. Tutto veramente ottimo , compreso la cordialità e il sorriso di Chiara.torneremo sicuramente Consigliatissimo

Ottime birre, vini e prosecco. Spritz da migliirare. Il tagliere salumi e formaggi vario e gustoso! Prezzi nella media. Se posso dare un Consiglio, migliorerei lo spritz (seno una fettina di arancia ci vuole! e la velocità del servizio. Comunque bene!

First the people, Franco and Kiara, they are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and take great care and pride in what they do. Second is the atmosphere and ambiance. It is a cozy, quaint wine bar and a meeting place for many local Gaetians, very welcoming, relaxing and comfortable. Lastly is the food and drink. Of course you expect amazing wines and you will not be disappointed, but there is also a variety of mixed drinks and beers. While the menu may be small compared to other places, each dish is superbly crafted and delicious; offering refreshing alternatives to the basic Gaeta restaurant fare. Kiara is delightful and a master in the kitchen. Franco is the master of the wines and will pair a wine perfectly with the meal and occasion. PERBACCO has become a establishment that I will visit over and over again. And I encourage all who love good wine, good food, and good atmosphere to give them a try.
