Pepper's Taco - Garland

We sat down. No one came by 30 minutes. Finally, someone came and asked rudely whether we already paid. we said no, we just sat down. she said go outside, you have to order and pay before you sit. we asked about water at the beginning, she decided to bring it at the end as soon as we were finished. a venerable service, extremely rude and unwilling employees.

We found our new go-to spot.On our first visit they were extremely helpful on menu knowledge and recommendations. We went back a week later and since then another time. Thank you for a great meal and excellent service

We were already here 20 minutes they were taking care of the online orders in the drive-through never even acknowledged us at all or apologize for the way we ended up at almost half an hour getting our money back no apology after waiting half an hour. This was the worst service ever at least try and be empathetic about it! smh

The al pastor tacos are great. Never had a bad experience here.

It’s really good here with big servings and reasonable prices. Staff is super nice and charming. There veggies are fresh and the meat is well seasoned and delicious. Drive through always take some time but the food is worth it!
