I've been trying to eat my dinner since 7:00 a.m. on the presentation of this feedback. the store said they sent a different sandwich, but they canceled the order on me and went over to pick up and as if went over, they called the guy and told me that the store is closed. I haven't eaten yet. I'm really angry that these three times happen in one night. Please prepare your food properly and check everything before it ends. also change back Please make your gloves wen preparation vegetarian meals. This is the worst experience I had. I'll take them with smashburg companies. Hide more people when pple cant do their job right.
If I could give them more than five stars, I would swear that the chefs who worked the night shift made my food perfect. The burger was absolutely juicy. The wings were really good. Would definitely recommend to eat here personally and also online for delivery.
The service at this restaurant may be a bit slow due to the made-to-order burgers, but the wait is worth it. The burger tasted just like one your mother would make at home, with freshly chopped hamburger meat and all the fixings. The fries were also excellent. A few days ago, I would definitely recommend this place.
27 minutes and still waiting for my order (burger and fries, nothing funny). Had enough of the waiting and canceled order. No one even bothered to apologize for the ridiculous waiting as if I should accept this kind of service. Unfortunately, because I like their burgers.
I waited 45 minutes for my food at this restaurant, watching employees serve others who ordered after me. After complaining, they said it would take 3-5 minutes, but I still didn't receive my chicken tenders and fries while others did.
