You don't want business because it's ?down? on several occasions over a month apart. The food is also terrible. If they manage to make your order right. The chicken is dry and chewing and my cheeseburger was cold, the cheese was not melted, and the bungalow was dry and hard. Even the root beer is bland and almost tasteless. The problem either fast food is not like a restaurant where you can repair your order because you usually drive away before you realize that the food is wrong or terrible. Who has time to go back? We were often here, but not back.
Disappointed that they ran out of ice and a busload of students drove the restaurant opened the dining room for us, but turned 6 other guests who came to order and eat in. Just not right.
Due to the location we have often eaten here on the way to our cabin. This weekend was the last straw. The lobby is closed and the ride through food was terrible. Every time we're here, there are considerable problems. For a few years we never got a single cube of ice in our drinks... this is great on a cold day, but not so great on a warm day. They clearly have personal questions that probably arise from management and property issues. Definitive lack of professionalism on this front. This used to be a great place to stop for food. Chicken strips were good chicken sandwich was good. It was drive through only order BBQ sauce didn't receive the BBQ sauce (was on receipt) and no .napkins.
