This restaurant serves some of the best pizzas we have had in a while. Keep it up, team!
On time, good delivery driver. pizzas that are bad, I have eaten. over juicy, minimal strokes, super sweet garlic bread, no garlic flavor. even worse than nelson!
The pizza was soggy with a mushy base and average toppings. It was a garlic prawn pizza. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
About the WORST Domino's Pizza outlet in New Zealand, possibly ever. On Tuesday ninth November I decided to treat myself and called in early evening to Gore Dominos, was told it would take 30 mins, only one young man working (left on his own, as Mgr or others not present) discovered that walk in customers are favoured the least, after eventually taking my order, it got to 3 mins in oven then next it dropped to 14 mins being prepared, mentioned the discrepancy and was told it was the system'. Eventually the pizzas arrived at the counter just over an hour later, no apology or explanation. I spoke with many locals others, some who just drove off without their food, it was horrendous chaos (obvious that the Mgr did little work and clearly not bothered). Later I recd a missive supposedly from Diana at Customer Services' (though after last night, assume it a scam), with an apology and offered a voucher' for some complimentary pizza (unexpected and appreciated thought mentioned attached, was not actually sent). Last night I decided I would avail myself of this voucher and drive the 40 mins into Gore to use the voucher, in advance I phoned explaining the circumstance, voucher number, my name and suggested they speak with Diana' at Customer Services, so they would know and have things ready to take an order. When I arrived I was spoken to by this sullen female, who indicated they were not bothered (incl Byron Mgr) and that the voucher number was wrong and were not interested in any way... I was left frustrated, angry and upset at having driven an hour and a half (return trip) for NOTHING. There were about 10 staff behind the counter, only about 3 doing anything. Obviously Domino's Pizza Gore Mgr, do not GIVE a stuff about their service or any visiting customer, As for Diana at Customer Services' seem a Domino Scam to make things worse.
