Nice, relatiw cheaper place. clean room, comfortable bathroom with warm water. manager speaks fluent English.

The staff was very polite and made sure we took care of it. if they are looking for a place to recover if they are not outside, then this is where they want to stay.

Very nice hotel at a very decent price. the personal was wonderful! the accommodations were decent. when our air conditioning system did not work, they immediately moved us into another room. the second room had no phone, that was a bit painful because we were with a group in another room on another floor, but not too big of a deal. the personal was always great and very timely to bring up our car. the location in the centro of gw was excellent. we liked the music and activity in the plaza outside the hotel. we were very happy with our stay.

This is an older hotel, but it is clean and comfortable. the air conditioning systems really work well, which are needed because it is so hot there. the breakfast buffet is great and comes with the room. the lunch buffet is great and quite cost-effective. the personal is really friendly and some of them speak English. 28.1.19 this stay is not as good as it was, the shower has good hot water, but the drain is almost completely stopped. it dehydrates so slowly that they have to wait for them after showering to wash off the feet. also this is the first time for this room and it is so small that you cannot turn around, the bathroom is so small that I have a hard time with the toilet. I have a limited movement in my fellows, so it is almost impossible to use. we will ask for another room when we return at the end of the month. we stay here two or three times a year, I love her breakfast.

The staff is real friendly and several of them speak English. 28.1.19 this stay is not as good as it has been, the shower has good hot water but the drain is nearly completely stopped up. It drains so slowly that after you are done showering you must wait for it to drain to wash your feet off. Also this is the first time for this room and it is so small you can't turn around, the bath room is so small that I have a hard time using the toilet. I have limited movement in my legs therefore it is nearly impossible to use. We will ask for different room when we return at the end of the month. We stay here two or three times a year, I love their breakfast.
