Eating was not ready when we arrived. waited longer for our food and was served undercooked to dine.

Dnt exspect what we do to take this thema position to the owner. if I pay something I expect?! I ordered a Bacon pizza nt a cheese pizza, where is the bacon I asked the women in the window, she says good question? I asked the manager. then he decides to show his finger over my pizza, about "it is small pieces on there" they a little to no sir. everything in all better by costumes! if we pay for something, give us simply that manager gets customer service? the customer service of the window lady was great? to her

My order placed and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes. they called them four times to be hung up only every time. they never answered on the phone. the order page still says they make the order. if they had answered the phone and had explained that, I would have understood. but since no one answers the phone, I will turn them away when they show up to deliver the pizza. they don't get any money from me for this terrible service.

My family and I command take about once a month. shawn who works there always does such a great job. always catches our order right and is always pleasant.

Seems like whoever owns the place wants to charge for bare minimum and Workmanship shows the same. I ordered Buffalo wings and they showed up Naked, and the Pasta was cold, I love a literal 5mins or less from this Pizza Hut. New management and Staff severely needed
