Subway - Grand Rapids

Failed to follow a basic sub instruction. The staff is incapable, they probably can't even read or write.

I ordered for pick up and received only half of my order. The parts I did receive were not properly wrapped and the sandwich and all its toppings ended up in the bag. I wish I could add the picture of my unwrapped sandwich. When I attempted to get help I was pushed aside and did not get what I was missing from my order. I do not recommend ordering from this location EVER!

I have been to this location a few times now (close to work) and half the time my order is wrong. Today was the last straw The workers today defiantly didn't care how much of an inconvenient it is for people to order online to pick it up during lunch hours and have it wrong. The other few times my order was incorrect they seemed not to care much as well. (staff changes often) Not impressed by no means. I will not go back to this location.

Bad place!! Worker tried putting turkey on a BMT. Then forgot to make an item I had already requested. Also didn’t cut the foot long sandwich in half. At the end I had to make two separate transactions because he forgot again to add the order correctly. Bad employees make good company’s bad!! Please take the time to train your employees better. I hadn't been to Subway for a while, but I had a gift card so I thought I'd try it again. After unwrapping my sandwich, I quickly remembered why I don't go there anymore. Don't let the picture fool you. I fluffed it up a bit, because I have standards for my photos. It was 90% bread, 8% meat and 2% onions. They also call it a 6 sandwich, but it's probably 5 at best. $5.99 for this sandwich. I'm not sure if they should be ashamed for charging that or if I should be embarrassed for accepting that price. The one saving grace was the cookies. The cookies were delicious. Maybe they should just make cookies going forward, because I won't be going back for an expensive joke of a sandwich.
