Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI go to this dd almost daily for 2 months and that was great until this week was terrible. the macchiato is almost taste like is in the bottom of the pot with the black bons swimming around and tasted super bitter not on a good wise disgusting. the pfann cake as if they eat card board, which is a waste of money they will get expensive now, nothing against paying the good food, but this is not worth it. I don't know if they change employees if they need a serious training.
Ordered breakfast through UberEats. Not only did they fill half the order, but when I called they admitted it saying they ran out and told me we would just figure it out and ask for a refund. Also we got 4 hash browns in the order and the breakfast wrap was little and not good. This DD is the worst I’ve ever experienced.
We used to get bagels from here and they would give us enough cream cheese, but we got a couple bagels recently and there was barely so cheap.
Horrible. I was at this location today and waited almost 30 minutes for a mobile order. Upon arriving there was a huge line. My food was ready BUT not the coffee. Everyone who ordered in person (after me) received their items. I had asked multiple times, they kept telling me it was next. Now, I left with my coffee it’s taste disgusting. I ordered a signature caramel latte and they forgot to add the whipped cream. This location has gone downhill. I use to order pretty much every other day on my 10 min break. The wait time is ridiculous!!! The manager knows weekends are busy, stop being stingy and add more staff on your busy days.
Store window poster promoted a seasonal $3 medium drink. I was charged full price. Since he could not fix the point of sale issue, I told the employee to cancel my drink and return my cash. He stated that he couldn't do that since I paid cash, even though he agreed that I was overcharged. To get my over payment back of about $2, I was instructed to come back the next day. Uh ok, I should spend about 20 minutes of my next day to get my refund because of their error? This is not acceptable. To make matters worse, the iced coffee drink was lukewarm since the employee didn't make it correctly.
