The restaurant is quite small, with only a few tables catering to around 5-6 people at most. It seems to mainly focus on takeout orders, as there was a steady stream of customers. The cuisine is a mix of Indian and Sri Lankan dishes, and overall very tasty.
I recently dined at this restaurant with my family and it was fantastic. Although I can't speak for the non-vegetarian dishes, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed the vegetable kotthu rotti, idiaappa kotthu, and fried rice with soy curry. The portions were generous and the owner was kind enough to pack up the leftovers for us to take home. The pricing was reasonable and while the wait time was a bit long, we were informed of this when placing our order. The taste of the kotthu rotti brought back fond memories of a similar dish I had enjoyed years ago in Sri Lanka. Overall, a wonderful dining experience.
I had a delicious meal at the restaurant consisting of red tea broth with lamb, which was of great quality yet still affordable. The spicy thali with red tea was also very tasty!
Love the unpredictable, sincere service. delicious murtabak. all efforts to fulfill my requirements. very good.
Easy to find restaurant, has 2 tables in the restaurant (they cater more for takeaway), clean and bright. Our lovely hosts serve many dishes including many vegetarian dishes (which we opt for with no onion/garlic too). We tried the beautifully cooked vegetarian Murtabak, plain dosa...with cheese spinach, dhal curry, eggplant potato curry. Totally felt the warmth of the host (Vathana) and how she enjoys cooking nice food! Please note : Monday Tuesday Closed, Wed, Thursday, Friday Saturday 11-2PM, 5-7PM Sunday 9AM to 2PM
